Previously, he has worked in leadership positions across companies including India Infoline, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.He holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has successfully concluded Global Program for Management Development (GPMD) from Ross School of Business, Michigan, USA.He has more than 20 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry. Mr. Nihal Desai, aged 50 years, is an Executive Director on the Board of Capital First Limited. He has worked in leadership position across companies including Serco India and ICICI Bank. He holds a degree in BE Computer Science and PGDM. He has successfully completed management trainings programs from management institutes including Wharton and IIM-Ahmedabad.He has more than 24 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry.iii. Disclosure of Relationships between Directors Mr. Apul Nayyar is not related to any Director of the Company. Mr. Nihal Desai is not related to any Director of the Company.iv.
