On basis of above the Company is required to clarify the following: -1. Limited Review Report/ Independent Auditor's Report is not in the format prescribed by SEBI -2. Consolidated Financial Results not submitted -3. Financial results submitted is not as per format prescribed under Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. The response of the Company is awaited.
