Clarification by BSL LimitedSignificant price movement has been observed in BSL Limited.The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.BSL Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We confirm that to our knowledge, there are no events or occurrences or any information that require us to make any announcement under Clause 36 of Listing Agreement.
