      Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The shareholders of the Company in their 25th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. 7th May, 2007 while approving issue of Bonus shares in the proportion of one new equity share for every equity share held, have authorised the Board of Directors of the Company to fix the Record Date for the entitlement of Bonus shares. Accordingly, the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 7th May, 2007, have fixed Thursday, 7th June, 2007 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company".

      Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on February 20, 2007, while approving the Notice for AGM to be held on April 30, 2007, have also approved the dates of closure of the share transfer books and register of members as April 20, 2007 to April 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of dividend to the shareholders for the period ended on December 31, 2006. Further, the company has also informed that the book closure dates as mentioned above are for the purpose of AGM and Dividend only and not for Bonus as intimated vide their letter dated February 20, 2007.
