Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, has decided to recommend a final dividend @ 10%, i.e. Rs. 1/- per share on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The item for 'consideration and recommendation of final dividend' was not a part of agenda items and hence was discussed as "any other item". However, the final dividend of Rs. 1/- per share recommended would be payable after the declaration of the said dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
