News about AGC Networks Limited. The media had reports that "AGC to sell Avaya cloud service in India". The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. AGC Networks Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "This is to clarify that there are no negotiations which should impact the price of AGC's scrip. This is to state that as a Solution Integrator offering ICT services to customers across India, AGC Networks have associations with leading Global OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - and one of them being Avaya. As a part of our ongoing association and as Avaya's Connect Platinium Partner in India, we have tied up to market and sell the Avaya Private Cloud Services to customers in india. We would like to categorically state that this is purely intended to offer better services to our customers.
