Exchange has sought clarification from Automotive Axles Limited with respect to announcement dated 07-Aug-2024, regarding " Automotive Axles Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of Mr as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. August 07, 2024.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1.
