  Board of Directors of Astec Lifesciences Limited (Company) at its meeting held on August 28, 2015 had agreed to sell 100% of the paid-up equity share capital held in Astec Crop Care Private Limited (ACCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to any person identified by the promoters. The announcement in this connection wa s made to the stock exchanges on August 28, 2015.The stock exchanges are hereby informed that the Company has completed the sale of 100% of the total paid-up equity share capital held in ACCPL to Mr. Ashok Hiremath and Mr.Varun Hiremath.
