October 29, 2018, on account of The Hon ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi, vide its order dated October 11, 2018 has stayed the implementation of the impugned Order in so far as it permits delisting of the equity shares. Further the Company has cancelled the Record Date of October 11, 2018 for the purpose of determining the public shareholders to whom exit price of Re 0.10 (ten paise) will be paid for every equity share held in the Company, on the basis of the NCLAT Order.
