Arvind Remedies Limited had informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from August 3, 2013 to August 7, 2013 for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 07, 2013. Arvind Remedies Limited has now informed the Exchange, vide letter dated July 24, 2013 that as per the decision of Board the date of Annual General Meeting has been revised and changed to September 23, 2013. In view of the above, the Revised Book Closure will be from September 19, 2013 to September 23, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend.

Arvind Remedies Limited had informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 31, 2012. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 27, 2012 to July 31, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for payment of dividend that may be declared at the AGM. The company has now informed the Exchange that it has been decided by the Board to change the date of the AGM to September 14, 2012 and accordingly, to fix the revised dates for the book closure from September 11, 2012 to September 14, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for payment of dividend on equity shares.
