Alps Industries Ltd. has informed the Exchange that : "Our US subsidiary company ALPS USA Inc. based in New York USA, has entered into an agreement to acquire 50% equity stake in Columbine Cody Corp. Columbine Cody Corp. is based at Burlington, Iowa and has a show-room in New York. The transaction shall be consummated in next two months. Columbine Cody Corp. is a 15 years old Home Furnishing marketing and distribution company. The strategic partnership will enable our company to service our North American customers better".
