News about Andhra Cements Limited. The media had reports that "Sagar in talks to buy Andhra Cements". The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Andhra Cements Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Company is not aware of any negotiations taken place with regard to the above mentioned subject matter and we are not aware of any specific event having taken place in the Company which requires intimation to the Stock Exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and that our Company operations are as usual, except the announcement of the last Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2015 on 2nd November, 2015."19 Jan · News Verification
